The credit you are giving M Bixi doesn't deserve to him. Laakiinse Qurboog era is over. History. You can sense local business rise and Qurbajoog's decline. I do remember most of the expat come home not to invest in their countries but caruuro wasid. Nacalaa

Freshies don’t know nothing they are not wasyoarag.
I agree some of the qurbojoog from silanyo administration were corrupt. But does that mean that the freshies were innocent. In fact they were the most corrupted. Hirsi gaab, warancade has visible assets in somaliland that everyone knew about.
So for you to say qurbojoog are corrupt and freshies are innocent does not make sense.

Also let’s not forget somaliland has some of the worse education system in the world. The people are not thought English and IT at state school. So most of these freshies are poorly educated yet some people would let them run everything.

Expat paedophile and local paedophile roaming freely through villages and towns are well documented.

The Arabs are building Berbera. I owned your cousin in another post last week like Khabib :mrgreen:

The commercial port is under three phase development;

A) re-habilitation

b) Equipping

c) expansion,

The first two phases are done not sure if the equipment phase is finished.

I believe the construction on expansion begins 2019 if I remember correctly.

But the navy port is coming up fast.
A closer look
