You can clearly see the reserve area for side walk, all they need is to build and pave it, that's all.

some parts of Hargays just last week stopped paying taxes to the local government and are calling for total freez on paying taxes to the corrupt tribal mayor Seltcoo or something.

I think its a good idea.

That's good idea, until they do something great, let them suspend the tax, meesha tuug is urur satay ayaa jooga.

Burco got the worse mayor in somaliland Maxamed muraad, who is uneducated. He’s more corrupt than solteco. He has done nothing what so ever to develop burco. He couldn’t even put a carpet on burco stadium, when smaller towns like las anood and boorame done.

Burco has so much potential it just needs the right man to lead it forward. It’s located centrally in SL, has roads that go to berbera, las anood, and cerigabo road coming. It has flat land, no water issue, good town planning...

Somaliland should be ashamed. 27 years of peace and stability. Yet no pavements to speak of.

Its a disgrace. No wonder we are the laughing stock of the world.

Sounds nice. Good town planning is excellent. Does it get hot in Burco? Does it get cold up there? How is the weather compared to Hargeysa?

It’s a bit hot but not too hot, only during duhur time. In summer temperature is 30-35, doesn’t really pass 33. During winter times it’s still warm 18-25 degrees which is warmer than all other cities in somaliland.

Also reer burco are really not farmers, but burco gets its fair share of rain. Also it sits on a huge underground water system which is why water is not a problem in burco. There is a town called beer about 25 km east of burco which has a lot of farms.
