The ministry of telecommunications and technology anounced that they bought this hybrid system to control Somaliland telecommunication system . From now on they will know every thing .

I thought they already had this.
Even though I oppose spying and I advocate for freedom. This is something that was needed. Especially when we got Alshabab on our doorstep. Good Security is what has been keeping somaliland safe.

Luckly that's not part of my hoppy. I would rather warch movies sex scene on YouTube than calling a women for 'phone sex '
