if Djibouti serves 90% of Ethiopia's imports/export , then how the hell Djibouti is still so poor? something doesn't add up there and it is also a bad forecast for SL and Berberra .

Lets say Berbera port takes a junk of that 90% trade , lets say 50% , what makes us we will get rich from it when Djibouti which currently serves 90% of Ethiopian needs is dirt poor.??
