Nin reer samatari kuu xamaali maayee si qabaaw wax u fahansii , u sheeg in haduu kula dadaalo aad wada guulaysanaysan oo waxaagu wixiisa yihiin. Haku qaylin hana isku dayin inaad ku gumaysato shilling ka, ajashuu kaa laasanaya hadii kale adigu aduunyaad ka hadlaysaaye. Miyaad dabeecad xuntahay , qofka 5 jeer wax kaa maqli waayey ma dhagax baa mise adigaa maalaa yacni ah oo waxaan muhiim ahayn digniin ku siiya. Haday cilladu xagaaga tahay Isa sax laftaadu , hadii kale cawda u jar qofka 5 jeer wax kaa dhegaysan waayey mar 6aad wax kaa maqli mayee.

You should be patient, and try talking to them about how they can improve on their job, try to be on time etc.

Ethnic Somalis in general are lazy. Somalida dadka xamaasho wayba af lagaadeyaan. If you are Somali and you are their boss they are even worse as they will try everything to see how much they can get away. A friend of mine owned a business and hired a bunch of Somalis, mainly relatives, and they would show up to work whenever they desired. He hired a white woman to manage them and they all of sudden they became good employees.

Ps. I am shocked Khalid runs a business though.

Look at this communist type of thinking. It is exactly the reason why there is no work ethic to begin with. It’s a self entitlement attitude that begins with the assumption since you share some blood ties they own what’s yours.

And time after time they will get bailed out by the “clan”

In that case why should any men sweat and work hard in the first place if all wealth is shared between clansmen.

Shaqo kasta oo aan qabto waxan ugu necebahay , ta aad lay canaanto . You feel inaan meesha lagu ixtiraamayn. Laakin marka qofka kaa sareeya uu ku yidhaahdo adigu is maamul you feel more relaxed and more productive. Xitaa lexojeclo Baa ku gelaysa oo new ideas baad kusoo kordhinaysa habkaad u shaqaysan . Shaqada oo laysku gumaysta waa waxyaabaha keena in meheraduhu kacaan, waayo shaqaaluhuba hadaysan Happy ahayn customer kuna Helo maayo adeeg hufan, iska daa adeege xitaa corruption nooca ugu xun bay kugula kacayaan without remorse, waa hubaal midhkaasi . Sidaas oo ay tahay way jiraan dad doqomiina oo an under pressure ka ku haboon sida dameeraha, oo an yagu isdirayn ilaa aad dirto. Dadkaas oo kale nafnafteed maleh boss kuun bay iska dhisaan markuu joogo.
