100% agree with you Yusuf you stated the mechanism for this issue to be dealt with.....this are the rational steps to take.
Even though these borders came thru the British yet nothing comes to exist without Allah's will for a wisdom that He only knows and we can only guess.....it was destined so we've got to be jiggy with it.....culturally we are different from our brothers the mjs even linguistically we speak the "dh" dialect rather than the "r" dailect.

Personally I believe ciise maxamuud clan has nothing to do with this. They clearly know where they belong to. This is a puntland government initiative for these reasons our regional government in LA and the Q7 army division should directly deal the garowe Regional administration. They can solve the issue based on the true borders between LA district and garowe district. LA district suffered due to insane tax on our products into garowe. Boocame tomatoes is taxed 500% in that same check point. It's a new law approved by puntland members of parliament.
