I think you’re misreading or ignoring a very highly likely scenario.
The Cidagale might be sympathetic with your current plight, but don’t confuse sympathy with outright support. They will not risk money and manpower for a lost course. Infact I would be surprised if the whole of HY supports it. When the day comes to pick up the gun, you will realise supporting war is not like supporting your local football team. When you loose it will involve deaths, destruction, and defeat.
