Lejusticier i agree with your analysis. Caare is pro Somaliland and doesnt wanna cause it harm at the same Hes symptoms of the underlying problem mainly caused by the inactive of musa goverment. This hard man stance Hes portraying is causing Somaliland harm in the long run.
