The Berbera corridor is equally important. We need to start building infrastructure and expand the existent ones, which enables us to become economically sustainable. We need to move our people away from pastoral society into agricultural society, through investment and education.

Just in report that DP did nothing for Bossaso port since it took over in 2017:
