It's interesting how the daaroods fabricated the entire Somali history during the kacaan era . For example they claimed that cawaale created this Italian flag , they claimed soomaliyey toosoo even though it's proven that Yusuf xaaji aadan qabile made that song. They claimed Ahmed gurey , and made the 20th century mad mullah terrorist as a national hero. It goes on and on . I am totally fine wih few this and there exaggerations , but this is beyond exaggerations it's a deliberate lies , a shameful one.We will expose all the fabricated history one by one.

It was made during the final battles of SNM by murad Abdallah Mubarak an awdalite Somalilander of yemeni origin . He joined the struggle in Saudi Arabia that's how this flag appeared in SNM war against afwayne, he designed many other national symbols including the passport. Interesting. Somaliland national emblem is also made by Abdullahi jawaan an isaaq from hargeisa. He made it a decade before the declaration of Independence. Those 2 guys with few others had a clear vision of somaliland statehood even though SNM had no plans other than kicking out barre.

You've sharp eyes. It's a great shame that reer Waqooyis copied it from thieving Shiicada who are known for stealing Somalia's marine resources and imprisoning Somali citizens like those recently brought back to the country by the SFG.
