Almost all the 82 members parliament have personal respect for faratoon. A veteran politician who contributed a lot to the nation . The only chance abdirisaq khalif had over faratoon is the the opposition Coalition. That Coalition didn't work in districts and it won't work in the parliament. Some other coalitions Will emerge. Obviously HJ and GX crew will compete for The deputy chairman seats. Faysal is pushing his boy abdinasir qodax and HJ is pushing some other MP from sanaag. It's a tough game of throne but I think faratoon is going to win .

Wadani will not het shirgudoonka barlamaanka. That is for sure. And the yusuuf is right Ucid and wadani alliance will be short lived. Because Ucid got screwed over. Wadani wanted to have mayor of hargeisa and burco and shirgudoonka. But faisal will. Make a deal with kulmiye on this and get the deputy speaker

It's debatable that Biixi is the best one. Many reer Waqooyis view him as the worst. They claim he's madax adeeg and stiff.

I hope Mooge joins UCID soon so that he can take part in the presidential election scheduled for next year. Faisal Hyena should not run again he's a serial loser

Do you agree Timiro

6da gobol e somaliland, Berbera mooyee inta kale mucaaridka ayaa maamulka la wareegay. Saaka burco iyo Laascaanood ayaa mayor iyo ku xigeen mucaarid ah loo doortay. Gudoomiyaha barlamaanka ayaa dhowaan loo dooranayaa c/risaaq khaliif oo waddani ah.

Yeah it's due to the alliance with Ucid that wadani took over the mayorship in big cities in Somaliland. If we look it from the clan perspective. Garxajis has now the mayor of ceerigaabo burco and hargeisa. Its a great win for beesha garxajis. But the big price is winning the shirgudoon for the Parliament although he will most likely be dhulbahante. The party he comes from is very important is it wadani or kulmiye. We are hearing already that segments of Ucid mps have switched over to kulmiye. Time will tell hopre for the best Inshalla. Long live Somaliland and no place else.

Next elections need to be by ridings and electoral districts.

How is it fair that a Maroodijeex MP requires 8,000 votes to win a Parliamentary seat while a Sanaag MP needs only 2,000? I don’t see the logic.

2000-8000 votes for a parliamentary seat suggests WG's population is far less than it's claimed. I was astonished that a city such as Hargeysa that's claimed to have a population in the millions elected its latest mayor with mere 26k votes.

How likely is it for a garxajis candidate to win the next presidential elections?
