Only port built by Maakhirians for Waaqoyi and Maakhir. Puntland has hindered the development of the port for the last 7 yrs. When this port is fully constructed within the 36 months it will be a historic landmark, no group of people have built a port independent of a government including the regional administration they too have created on their own. :somalia:
