Shirib,

Sharicah doesn't come through the gun. Building of schools, clinics etc is how people will embrace Shariah. You have to win the people over. Otherwise people in Bay will view it as a Hadame-Leysaan war

Surrender, walaal charity starts at home, and in Dacwa You always start with Your closest relatives. For instance I heard the MJ wadaado in Puntland built a lot of stuff there even more than the Puntland Gov and thats why a lot of MJz there probably support Shariah there. I think each clans wadaado should go back to their own town, tuulo and start preaching deenta and doing some positive stuff for the people there. The people will then appreciate it and love the deen more. Laakin people from one region of Somalia going to another region with a gun saying I'm gonna establish Sharicah doesn't make sense and the people will reject it. Like You said Somalis are hardheaded people and they'll only take advice from their cousins, Uncles, Granfathers etc.

Murax I agree with you.

That being said, the growth that Muqdisho did see was all done by wadaado not by the warlords. Al Barakat before they were shut down used to fund schools and help the poor around the country. Most all the development was done by wadaado in Muqdisho and other parts of the country.

Now that being said Puntland has security which the south doesn't have. There's 45,000 Ethiopians troops in southern Somalia, and they didn't come there to build schools. The first priority is to get rid of them, and building schools won't get rid of them.

Somalia has been lawless for 17 years, we've had 14 peace attempts. We're not gonna sit down and reconcile sxb, someone is gonna have to win and the other lose.
