Honestly I dont understand why Maakhirians would continue to tolerate PL eventhought there trying to complete the port project before chaos in the North begins. Its pure competition this Adde and any PL affiliates does not want a port 100 km away from Bosaaso that would take all waaqoyi, Nugaal and Bari business away from them.
