Puntland forces were cut nearly in half during the 4 years that Abdullahi Yusuf was president, he took them all to Mogadishu. Massive Inflation? the whole world including the the richest economy the U.S and even the fast growing China has been effected, now Dubai. Cadde Muse built ministry buildings in places that never had them, even Bosasso Port has a beautiful Administration office, really big and brand new that was built by him. How can you even blame Cadde Muse for the Piracy. THERE ARE NO PIRATE BASES IN BARI. EVERY SINGLE PERSON KNOWS THAT EYL IS THE PLACE WHERE BIGGEST PIRATE BASE IS, EVERYONE KNOWS WHO LIVES IN EYL AND THE PROVINCE WHICH IS NUGAAL. FAROOLE WAS FINANCED BY PIRATES AND WAS BORN IN EYL.
