Did I curse Leelkase or Goldogob in the first place? And no one is bragging about rice, its an analogy for general NGO workers in Somalia. Voltage himself was complaining about how NGOs ignore Marehan regions, he knows this is not a laughing matter.
I asked - without Puntland State, which provides international representation - would Goldogob be in the same position? Ask yourself that, would Goldogob be in the SAME position? And like I stated, Puntland didn't do much on a state or local level for Goldogob since it doesn't even reach the development level of Qhardo - but the community in Goldogob have gotten a lot out of the security provided by the organized Puntland militia as opposed to local clan rule, and because Puntland has locally recognized borders, raids from the South have not threatened anybody.

Again, you're mistranslating everything I write. Security by Puntland isn't security by Majerteen, it means that Leelkase aren't forced to wear sandals and t-shirts to battle like their southern neighbors, it means they have uniforms, free technicals at their disposal, and semi-professional training at Somalia's largest police academy (Carmo).
And Xamud, lets not compare Qhardo to Goldogob. We all saw the pictures of Goldogob and if I didn't see the Mudug General Hospital, I would think it was Cabudwaq or Jariiban in those pictures. I will give Goldogob the benefit of the doubt and say that the geographic conditions make it a hard place to polish.

Be honest! the entire population of Qardho is less then 30.000, how can you compare Goldogob to Qardho?

I don't judge anything by methods other than facts; both aesthetic looks and official documents. Qhardo's total population is estimated at 40,000, but come on, do you think Goldogob, which is so small that it doesn't even appear on satellite, has a population that's 1/5 the size of St. Paul, Minnesota?
If Goldogob is as big and legendary as people speak of it, how come there aren't many pictures that prove that fact? How come there is such limited information on Goldogob?

Thats it! Haadi aad la so shir tagtay Qardho ba ka weyn Goldogob! Shilka your hereby dismissed. Jaribaan appears on satellite? iyadana ma ka weyntahay Goldogob? your logic is messed up.

I've just downloaded google earth 5.0...we'll conclude this at a later time. You can't dismiss a debate unless you disprove everything. We will wait and see.

The houses are scrattered all over the place? do you honestly believe that qardhos population is more then 30.000?(am being generous) 50% of the city is empty land oo dhagax lagu warejiyay.

I don't know why its not working for you, but its not a big deal, they didn't update the satellite images, same old cities are covered.
But, about the figures. Somali "cities" as we call them, are nothing more than districts; districts that are made up of dozens of small villages. Let me explain how this works, with examples:
Lower Jubba Region - Main Districts - Kismayo, Jamaame, Afmadow, & Badhaade
http://www.fsausomali.org/fileadmin/uploads/pdf/501.pdfIn Detail, Kismayo DISTRICT:
http://www.fsausomali.org/fileadmin/uploads/pdf/540.pdfSee how the so-called city of Kismayo consists of the main town + dozens of other small towns and villages. The whole district of Kismayo's population is 164,000. The main city only holds 50,000 at the most. The other 114,000 live scattered across the DISTRICT.
What I'm saying now is that Goldogob, despite having a high population count, doesn't mean that everyone lives in the city. From the photos I saw, I don't think the central town can hold more than 15,000 people.
Now, onto a 2006 NGO census, Qardho (plus Dan Gorayo) has a population of 81,000. Goldogob is estimated at 41,000.
http://www.fsausomali.org/fileadmin/uploads/pdf/836.pdfAnd to push the point home, lets compare Goldogob district to Qardho district to see how many villages consist of each district.
http://www.fsausomali.org/fileadmin/uploads/pdf/555.pdfhttp://www.fsausomali.org/fileadmin/uploads/pdf/518.pdfGoldogob only consists of 4 main towns including the central city of Goldogob. Qardho on the other hand consist of FIFTY towns including the main city.
There is your math, Xamud.

You made some good points there, but your source is not valid, Jaribaan is allmost as big as Goldogob? and Hobyo and Xaraardheere are both larger then Burtinle and Goldogob? this is rubbish! I have been to Burtinle myself, theres not way this is true, also I know of atleast 7 more villages who all fall under the district of Goldogob, and they are not included? this numbers count for nothing, everyone knows that Goldogob is the second largest district(in terms of number) in Mudug. With that being said Goldogob region goes all the way into Ethiopia
According to this survey the entire(with the exception of Waqooyi Galbeed region) population of Somalia is 4.2 millon

lets be realistic okey.
