^ Yes that's Qardho, have u been that brainwashed into thinking Puntland is a lifeless desert? Karkaar (southern part of former Bari) is greener than Central Somalia.

Good to know, will check it for myself sometime in the future. I know people who've visited qardho, and the pics were'n that impressive.

But i hear it has cooler weather than bossaso.

However, the parts that are green are little outside the city where the camels and sheeps graze. As well you'll notice the greeness during the rain seasons like roobabka gu'ga(Apr-Jun). Yes, it has cooler weather like Ceerigaabo and Hargeysa because its Highland. :up:

Actually, it's a CITY not a town I've been there in summer of 2007 on my way to the capital. So, imagine how it would look in summer 2009.

Tuulo= Village
Degmada= Town
Magaalada Degamda= City-Town
