Get Educated people in Government and you are insured progress.

1.5 million grant for a state is not a bad start at all. Now The EU and United States need to put forth their grants with the arab world.

Its called Milking the Cow inadeer.

If Big Nations like Ethiopia, Yemen iyo Kenya live off Aid why not Mini Puntland.

But on a Serious note Aid is not the way forward and in the future Somalia has to find a way to feed it self and make it's own Millions off it's resources.

Somalia tried to survive on aid 25 years ago and before that, it doesn't work.
