this is a documentary by a italian organisation which visited a high school in galkayo, i cant believe how ambitiouse and smart the children in somalia are, not to mention their level of english, i swear they speak better english than people in england or us. with these kids theres hope in somalia.

oooh my lord i am so impressed. puntland is on the raise. it is amazing to see the young generation getting educated to become the future leader of the coutry.


my only question is what part of the city is the school located? north or south?

Somaliman%, and that's just Yamayska International. Omar Samatar High owns every year when the PL Ministry of Education compares the exam results of all High Schools in Puntland.

all i can is mansha allah am very proud of puntland.

and i thought galkayo was the worst in terms of anything in puntland since its got alot of security issues.

and amiila yh i think your right all the uglies were exported to the west and the preety ones are back home studying to become doctors.

the school is located just 200m north of Omar Samatar secondary school,
Baraxley(southeast) don't have this kind of schools.

lool sorry am not a regular on somalinet anymore, am one of the oldies, who were here everday a few years ago, i just come online every now and then to post something interesting.

as for amilla even though ur not familiar with puntland you should still know that a school like that can never be in haawiye district of galkayo, its a majertern accomplishment, ps anything big or good in galkayo is always a puntland achievement, as well as the fact that the only area of galkayo which haawiye live is like slum compared to the rest.
