I knew some people would use this topic as ammo to attack Puntland . :lost:

Use what? Your admission that Puntland isn't what You would call a 'developed nation'. That admission is common sense, not ammo for anybody. Last a checked nobody attacked Puntland.

what a whole of nacnac some people bring here! ohhhh your region is not developed, there is no health care for everyone. oh for cying out loud open your damn eyes puntland is a region within Africa-FACT! Africa the poorest conitenent in the world-FACT! now if we seperate and comepare regions within somalia. we all know by far puntland has achieved what many others havent! puntland isnt just clan region-though people like to claim it is. there are many different clans living there-not to mention its location and relationship it has both with North and South Somalia-that too doesnt bring many happy cheers-but lets face it. puntland has done and is doing so much for its people-even whilst the war is going on puntland is managing to bring some peace to its peopl-who do you give credit to? the government and adminstration and the citizens of puntland.

but back to topic! of course allah haunaxariisto (somalia?i think thats what the title was refering to). ilaahay haunaxariisto to every living muslim in this world.

First off, Puntland isn't a country, but a state within a country. When talking about quality of life standards in Somalia, you must understand that there is a hierarchy ( with Puntland being at the top). Nonetheless, we are doing a whole lot better than places like Gedo and Cabudwaaq socially, economically, and politically (etc..) speaking.

If I decide to go to Puntland today, I can fly to Dubai and take a plane from there ( albeit, not on the best of planes..but still ). Now if you decide to go to Gedo/Cabudwaaq, you need to either fly to Kenya or Puntland and take a pick up truck or a bus on drive on a dirt road to end up at your final destination..that is if you don't end up getting shot, robbed, or killed on the way there.

I say Your place is a tuulo, and You come with the juvinle 'my tuulo is better than Your tuulo'. We are not talking about Gedo, We're talking about Puntland so lets stick to the topic at hand. 1st of all Puntland is not a 'State within a Country' but a State within a Failed State. So We'll go ahead and say Puntland is 'at the top' as You say. At the top of the most destitute Country of the world? Perhaps You spend too much time with the Jamacians.

Ps, My brother just went to Beled Xaawo. You simply go to Mandeera Kenya, and take a 5 minute cab ride to Beled Xaawo.
