Gemini, its the damn Bicidyahan Cartel that's destroying my people. Read this part of the story:

An Ethiopian man was arrested for transporting the barrels into Puntland.

Sayed, from Ethiopia, told Horseed Media that he didn’t knew what was in the barrels, but said he was just bringing it to Bosaso, the commercial capital of Puntland.

He says the cargo belongs to a Somali lady living in Wardhere, in Ethiopia.
