Dude Governments in Africa overall don't really built any city outside of the Captial. Now Puntland is only a State within a Country it built no city other than a few adminstration builts in Garowe and keeping the peace throughtout Puntland cities with law and order.

Airports and Seaports are Government run, but Goldogob nor has a Airport nor Seaport. Its in Mudug and the captial of Mudug is Galkayo and the Puntland will soon expand and rebuilt the Airport there.
