About the properties/businesses/refusing to pay rent iyo waxayaalodaas, I wasn't there and I can't say affirmative Yes or No, but I severely doubt it. What You're talking about, basically a thorough ethnic cleansing (Political,Civilian etc.) would have been documented by many Human rights orginizations, the same way USC was documented.
