Kismaayo ownership is exclusive to nobody and who ever thinks otherwise I think is in for a rude awakening. Its only been the last 10 years that the place has been ignored on Puntlanders part and thats because our elites were busy building Puntland and paving the way for a federal system to better Somalia, and their hard work hasn't gone to waste since they've built an establishment that has so far served its purpose.

Now that Puntland is here to stay, implementing the federal system is more worthy of effort then going bankrupt over Kismaayo and this is where Punland will try to focus next. We want a long-term plan that secures our investment when it comes to Kismaayo and implementing the federal system which were the driving force behind it will grantee us that. Jubbaland will take a collective effort in which all its inhabitants will take part and unless that is granted, the truth of the matter is any single entity trying to impose their clans interest on others will only manage to drive its self bankrupt.
