Yeah bro puntland had glorious civilization back in the day. Their are reports from as early as the 1st century bc like 700 years before prophet muhammad was born of greek traveller to the area of puntland, he visited bossaso, qandala, hafun, etc and noted a thriving trading community and a peaceful society.

Infact according to historians the region of puntland today is the only region in africa to house the most castles and fortresses believe it or not. I remember reading that interesting fact in a book a while back.

Bender Siyaad is Qaw? man that place is overrated wallahi waxaan moodi jiray tuulo xooga leeg ila 10k dad ah ay dageenyihiin but I can tell you now that the population of qaw is less then 100.
