How costly is road pavement bro??

Not expensive at all, just no one wants to do it. They will pay $100,000 to build a hotel complex but they won't pay another $10,000 to pave all the areas around the hotel.

It would cost less than $1 million to pave every single road path in Bosaso and less than $20 million to build nice paved roads on every street in every town in Puntland.
