Ogadeen
All of these clans would receive 60 seats

The others would receive 30 seats (0.5)

And other non-Ogadeen absame

I gave the 4 clans 60 seats because they are the most removed from Darood (abtirsi), while 'others' are still stuck to Ina darood or are closer to darood in their abtirsi

How do Leelkase get less seats than Warsangeli when they are bigger than Warsangeli? If you are going by abtirsi then its flawed terribly.

Every clan with a city to bargain with gets 60 seats, that's how I see it.

Ogaden can bargain with Afmadow, Majerteen can bargain with Garowe, Dulbahante with Las Canood, Marexaan with Bardheere, Warsangeli with Badhan, Leelkase with Goldogob. None of the other clans have cities as such so they can't get the seats.

My list is accurate, warsangali is more laandheer than many darood clans that are stuck at darood. I didnt say it would be fair, there's nothing fair about 4.5, people should blame their ancestors for lacking libido
