the target was a Dubeys (warsangeli) nabadoon from Galgala & it look it is Atom´s
work..the nabadoon was against Atom´s group & the bombing coincedes with the nabadoon coming to Bosaso to meet with the goverment & receives the funds for the displaced ppl &
drought & investment capital the goverment promised for the region!!
