There are "interests" in explorations, but nothing has been drilled nor agreed to as of yet. I dont know what ur suggesting here but companies cannot just drill for individuals, and they know damn well no sub-sub-sub clan of "beesha whatever" should have the sole say in resources that could be shared by everyone. I agree that the Blackgold will bring tons of problems both in the short and long term, but they are in talks over how to channel it through the right means, so that they can find a way that it would benefit the entire "state", & not just the city or tuulo its found in. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.
