i have nothing against dir but i would rather give PL citizenship ,MP representatives and ministerial post to somali Bantu's from the south and Digil/Mifles who live in puntland more than 15 years, ayaga xaq nugu leh,, let Dir stay with their Baraxley bro's coz they share deegaan with them more than us.

now the question is what are the the dir degaans in mudug,and arent there gonna be a jump discontinuity between north galkacayo and the newly found PLanders degaan?
and is this a result of the mareexaan/dir break up of the suufi movement talow?
