The traditional elders of all reer Mudug clans, the Religious scholars of different sects of Sunni Muslims in that region, and the PL administration should all participitate to find a solution. The diaspora should also play their part to find a common ground and settle the senseless killlings that are taking place in Gaalka'ayo.
