Now I know what happened to the military uniforms and other materials that was in the plane that landed in Hargesa few month ago. No wonder the Somaliland authorities refused to allow the plane to proceed to Puntland! They needed the uniform etc for the "celebration" ! I am positive the biliqo is being paraded in lol!
