She doesn't look white to me. Hijaab's are know to bleach themselves and hide under their veil. I have seen one's that look more "white" than her.

She does seem to have nice, even skin completion with no hint of bleaching. I wasn't suggesting that SHE bleached her skin, but I know more than half of Hijabi's that do. I have encountered and worked with them in my short stay in Africa.

I wouldn't necessarily jump to the conclusion and think that Hijab's wear the niqab because of religious obligations, they might do it for different reasons. I was told high profile prostitutes in NIAROBI wear the niqab to conceal their identity so they wouldn't be recognized and beaten or even killed by other Somalis. I also know some women wear it because they bleach their skin and can't tolorate the scorching African sun. very strange people

Skin bleach has high level of mercury poisioning so it is obvious that they are damaging their skin and exposing themselves to a high risk of getting skin cancer.
