If the killer got away why did they shoot the at the Cumar Maxamoud,Reer Bicidyahan etc?
this is the reason why sometimes clan bickering gets out of hand.
it was an accident, and thank God it only resulted in injury, because it could get worse.
they guys who were in the market were pursuing someone who was said to have been the shooter, and when they spotted him, he took off, and that's when they fired after him, and accidently hit the two guys in the market, and other bystanders.
the guy who is the suspect is said to be from the South, an that shows you what really is going on! That the targets are being arranged by the south or other bigger forces.
either way we will know when the situation becomes more clear,
