Every major city in Puntland is heavily mixed between various Harti/Darod clans. For example, Garowe used to be a Ciise Riyoole town but now they might just be a minority there.
:lol: :lol: :lol: at Burtinle being an Awrtable city. It may have started out that way, but today it's pretty much an Reer Mahad Head Quarters. Everyone else is a minority living under Mahad qoyane security and political life.

Who is the Mayor of Burtinle? :mrgreen:
