Okay, here are four reasons why Puntland should share 50% of money.

1. Puntland is federal republic therefore there should be a central government, which is in Modagishu and therefore Somalia.

2. Puntland is not independent, and is part of Somalia.

3. Greed is Haraam, and it is cause of all problems we currently see in the world. For example, war in Afghanistan is due to greed, Taliban want land, US want to help just because of oil and Afghan government want land too.

4. Would you like to be responsible for death of millions of Somalis who die due to starvation while you are throwing money around? They are your people and you are one of them and you should care for your own people.

Somalia holds much bigger land than Puntland does, therefore needs more money to maintain and develop the land.

This mentality is common among Somalis, whatever bad happens to them, they keep it to their minds forever. You should learn the lesson from Rwandan Genecide where most of people who were genecided forgave. You should do the same, and Allah(SWT) loves those who forgave and gave them a the chance, if you do not forgive, if Allah(SWT) had willed, He would not forgive you and you would be going directly to Hell. Most of destroyers in southern Somalia have died and most of people in south want new life and you can make it happen.

The oil resource, it does not belong to you, you've just found it.

You can get your house back if it has been occupied by someone else if you have the proof. Every Somalis in every tribe in every Somali inhabited countries have their part in failures of Somalia, no matter how small or large is their part. Even Puntland is going to become like Somalia if the president does not wake up and get his act together. There is problem in every regions of Somalia, and why you should be still together if you do not want to share your resources with Somalia? Being federal state, you are responsible for Somalia too, no point being federal state if you're not sharing the responbility, You'd be better off being united with Somaliland which literally have the same objective. Seems like you put your region above the Islam which you shouldn't have thought of, and even worse is you thinking like this while in Ramadan. Islam should be above all of things, not even one thing should be above the Islam.
