Who cares! He can be the self proclaimed "spokes person" but untill we all vote on it, he is not legit. I am not against the guy, but I have been keeping my eye on the title for a while. Since two people are suppose to represent each city, we should choose to people from different tribe/clans for each city. That way were are sharing the power/title.
