Yesterday, a tragedy occurred in the Somaliland section where I was the victim of a targeted attempt by the Somaliland section authorities to silence my kaftan. It was an unprovoked act of aggression which violated the unwritten treaty between the Somaliland section and the Puntland section. The culprits have been given 48 hours written notice to identify themselves and diffuse the situation. Should that not happen, a bloody war will commence and the counter-attack against the unidentified assailants, and the Somaliland section as a region harbouring criminals, will be brutal, swift and decisive.
I ask you all to stay calm in the face of battle and report any suspicious individuals in the Puntland section who attempt to cause unrest. The main priority is to ensure idoor elements don't breach our borders and launch hit-and-run attacks aimed at disturbing the peace and tranquility of our section. Please remember, I never asked for this war and waging it is not a decision I came to lightly, but rather I was left with no choice if the culprits do not comply to the conditions of the peace treaty. Should net warfare be deemed necessary, all efforts will be made to ensure we minimize collateral damage in our home cyber-region and protect the citizens of the Puntland section.
