Its been 5 years now. They were formed in 2006. Totally no progress

FBI notice how puntland leaders always refer to galmudug as a xafad? well look at the pic below of the presidential palace and wouldn't you say its more a xafad then a mamul?

The Real Galkayo Mayor house is right in the down-town area. If galmudug controlled the city they wouldnt host their presidential palace in the xafad
