Yes, Beesha Dhulbahante is PL, but to be frank Abdisamad Ali Shire is a failure. However I agree that Cabdisamad is a loser on this occasion and he shouldn't have said anything at all. Dhulbahante have come together and majority of them have decided to create their own state.
