i would say sign with Americans (for protection) and their allies Koreans, japanese (for constructing) and fuck the rest..

America is the only super power wherever they go no one would want to fuck with that region.. if they come you will be invincibles like Saudi Arabia or UAE.
China will only bring destruction since it has too many international enemies look what happened to Sudan !
