Not sure, could be a HG warlord or an MJ businessman, or it could be Shariif Sakiin - there are rich maay-maay mayonnaise-eaters out there you know. Are you also forgetting that Baydhabo is still likely Somalia's third city in area and population? In any case, Baydhabo is in a maay-maay area though it has a diverse population, historically Cumar Maxamud were heavily represented and served as mayor in the Aden Cadde administration.Shirib's people built that!!
