The PL Ministry of Agriculture has given 100 Water pumps to farmers in Nugaal province, with an expectation to do the same for Mudug when that region puts together a committee. They can just put a tube on these things and suck water from any available source with ease.

Bari/Karkaar got the same, actually much more. Sool also got some recent agricultural assistance this past year. No other regions have created councils. Mudug has been told to create a council to handle the supplies and distribution of equipment.
