Today I saw the embassy of Texas in London.. It's an official embassy of the Texas state with the Texas flag swinging high.. And I thought hmm interesting and entertained the idea of having puntland state office in certain locations where our interest can be looked after, I don't know places like Malaysia India to support the puntland students one of the gulf states Kenya Zambia Tanzania Mozambique to assist the puntland entrepreneurs, Minneapolis London Cairo for the diaspora and promoting puntland in general

You are misinformed as puntland does not have the time to register voters. It would take several years to do this since it would be our first time. Faroles plan is that it will not be voted by citizens and instead it will be by 'representivities' across the country in 2014. No matter what, the elections will be held January 2013 if not in Garowe it will be held else where. I know farole will back off once public outcry starts.

Listen to yourself to find out who is stupid. The dastuur is suppose to be approved in April and it will extend Faroole's term by 1 year and have elections in January 2014. It is impossible to create political parties, register voters and have elections in such a short time. It took SL many years to register their voters before they were ready. Dahir Riyaale had to extend his presidency 2 extra yeras to prepare for elections.

SL started back in 2005 in the beginning of Riyale's term. What you post was only updating what had already been going on for many years. It doesnt even talk about registering voters.

What you lack in simply intelligence is that the wikipedia source starts off with ballot boxes and voter registration cards. But before you get to that you must have years of preperation. To make it simple for you to understand the basic steps are like this. You need to first secure finacial aid from all available sources mostly the international community, then you need to have people and and man power to travel to all cities, towns and villiages in Puntland and firgure out who are local inhabitants of the state. Sending these people out cost money from fuel, food, places to stay, technogical equiptment and many more. Major cities like Bosasso and Gaalkaayo will be difficult for obvious reasons.

No one on Somalinet will come to your defense because you actually believe that it takes a few months to register voters when a state is starting from scratch. I thought you had trouble with english but now I realize the trouble is far more deep.
