I agree with all that you have said. There is no Central/Federal govnt yet, and when there is Puntland will adjust accordingly. These people are conviniently forgetting about all the progress the state has had for 13 years on its own, and are quick to wanna see it secede..
All things Somalia desires Puntland serves as an example of, and soon as there is a government it will serve as it's best example of governance, and federalism.
