I can't say I'm hopeful that would ever happen... all Khatuumo has proven to be has been a weapon used to weaken Puntland alone, a task as of late it has taken serious with Tukaraq.

Khatuumo like udun said is a project created by those who want to see a divided Puntland, the same people who have failed enabling Ras Cayr and West Puntland. I wonder though how long Mr. Ahmed Karash would be wasting his time with little villages like Tukaraq already in the hands of fellow kin.
