I think the Oasis in Laag and the Valleys are beautiful, but for me, it isn't a place to live in. It's a place to go visit and then go back to your home.

I want to build something like this in Puntland's many beaches. Whether it's in Eyl, Garacad, Bosaso, Bender Beyla, Qaw, Las-Qoray, Ras Cayser, etc. I want a place that is not overcrowded. A place that most people I know won't bother me. A place that is pretty much quiet and private.

Conqueror if you want a nice beach house next to the ocean i would suggest building one in Eyl which have a much better climate
Eyl is not only cheaper but have a milder climate and more beautiful climate
