I've been to Garacad and the only people there are Cabdi Ciise, Somalinet is a haven for delusional people.
I've even seen people make up nonexistent neighbourhoods :lol:

Now that I am older I wouldn't live there. I have been to Goldogob, Bosaso and Galkayo, out of those three , Goldogob had the best climate. Galkayo
Too many mosquitoes and Bosaso is too hot in summers but it had places like Biyo kuluule spring and Laag nearby ideal for day trips.

For me the 2 most ideal locations must be either Garowe or Kismayo.

I have visited Eyl January of this year and as far as I could gather there was no pirate activities there for quite sometime.
