"There is[nt] any official from our administration [who] went to Puntland." Mr Indha-Sheel told radio Dalsan in an interview.
One of the presidential council of the state Ahmed Karash has went to Garowe last week and contested for Puntland's presidential elections, but Khatumo president Mr Indha-sheel said that Ahmed Karash holds no position for his administration.
Asked about the new president-elect of the Puntland state, Mr Indha-Sheel said they have nothing to do with Puntland and its internal affairs but he would only proposed to live in a peaceful as two neighboring states under Somalia's federal republic.
He said "Khatumo will never compromise its territory seized by Somaliland" vowing that the town of Lascanod will become under his administration based in Taleh.
