The puntland diasopra invests in cities like Galkacyo and Bosaso. For true advancement we need to increase our rates of urbanization.
This is because it is much cheaper to deliver services to an urban population than it is to a rural one.
We must also grow into a four city adminstration and encourage those leaving rural life to settle in cities like Qardho and garowe so they can become equal in size to Bosaso and Galkacyo. We should never become a 1 city administration as it is too limiting. Th gov of Puntland must claim all land outside the cities for itself to control their growth and to direct what places get developed. Infrastructure, especially roads should be the priority NOT job creation. We must upgrade the main road from Galkacyo to Garowe to make the movement of goods as quick as possible. Puntland has a great future ahead of it and it looks to be a productive 5 years for President Gaas.
